There are two load balanced machines with both Web Cache and Portal.

The pages are set as 'Don't Cache' but the pages are cached in Oracle Web Cache as :
'Cache Reason' - By BY_SURROGATE_CONTROL_HEADER'

How is it possible to disable caching by BY_SURROGATE_CONTROL_HEADER ?
