On an ESB cluster, when a BPEL process is deployed to one of the domains, this is not being reflected in the ESB Console. This BPEL process sometimes has a reference under the $ORACLE_HOME/integration/esb/oraesb/deploy as a zip file but is not visible on the ESB console.

The following error is visible in the ESB Designtime container logfile at $ORACLE_HOME/j2ee/<ESB Designtime container, e.g. oc4j_esbdt>/log/oc4j_soa_default_group_1/oc4j/log.xml when this issue occurs:

<MSG_TEXT>Creations of services failed due to console error :
WSDL "http://<HOST>:<PORT>/orabpel/default/GetDetails/1.0/GetDetails?wsdl" of service "BPELSystem.default.GetDetails.GetDetails_1_0" is invalid or inaccessible. Following error is thrown by WSDL Parser : WSDL URL invalid or not accessible.
Ensure that the WSDL is accessible and valid. If the problem persists, Contact Oracle Support.</MSG_TEXT>
