"Illegal call to setup the context of an include that is already in context" During Load Testings

(Doc ID 1090223.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 04, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle JDeveloper - Version 11.1.1.2.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

You are having an issue when testing your ADF application:
it is working correctly with 1 user,  and when testing it using a tool like Apache JMeter, you can
even see it working correctly to approximately 10 concurrent users. However under extreme stress,
say 50 concurrent users, the server starts throwing socket connection errors and the application goes
into a bad state requiring a restart on the WLS:

<UIXInclude><_setupIncludeContext> Illegal call to setup the context of an include that is already in context
<RegistrationConfigurator><handleError> Server Exception during PPR, #1
java.lang.NullPointerException: UIComponent is null
