Users with Locked LDAP Accounts Can Still Login to UCM

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When we lock an account, LDAP correctly returns a result code of 5 (Unwilling to Perform) and an Error message of "Account inactivated. Contact system administrator." However UCM still allows the user access to the site. Can we prevent users from gaining access to the site if their account is locked?
