Bam User Gets Marked Inactive After 5 Minutes & Resetting the Login Table Does Not Help

You have configured BAM to use Active Directory (AD), you are able to login into BAM, everything works fine but about 5 minutes later you get an "AUTHENTICATIONEXCEPTION_STARTPAGE_STARTUP_INITIALIZE" error.
In the Server log shows the following message is generated:
<Jan 14, 2010 4:17:16 PM EST> <Warning> <oracle.bam.adc.security> <BEA-000000> < User TEST marked inactive.>
