Warnings on Startup of Fresh WLI 10.3 Installation about JMS destinations (Doc ID 1091416.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to start the managed server in a Weblogic Integration (WLI) cluster, the following warning messages occur.

ERROR
-----------------------

#### <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '1' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <> <> <> <1271878586093> Can not get distribute destination information. The destination JNDI name is wli.internal.scheduling.queue, the provider URL is null>
#### <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThrejad: '1' for queue:
'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <> <> <> <1271878586093>
#### <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '1' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <> <> <> <1271878586100> Can not get distribute destination information. The destination JNDI name is wli.internal.SQLStore.cleanup.documents, the provider URL is null>



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create WLI cluster with 2 managed servers
2. Start admin server
3. Start second managed server
4. And try to start first managed server without much delay from step 3
