Unable to get Oracle UCM 10gR3 Connected to OID Using JpsUserProvider (Doc ID 1092036.1)

Symptoms

Unable to configure the JPS Provider for OID in UCM 10gR3. The JPS Provider is not connecting to OID and UCM shows the following error:
The provider 'JpsUserProvider' is in error. JPS IdentityStore not configured correctly. [ Details ]
