Symptoms

Getting the following error when trying to register a WSRP provider inside Portal:

Changes

For each Application Server 10.1.2.0.2 environment there is one Application Server 10.1.3.5 where the WSRP application was deployed.
The issue occurs if more than one Application Server 10.1.2.0.2 environment is up. So if only one Application Server 10.1.2.0.2 is up, the WSPR provider can be registered inside Portal.
