Unable to Start or Install OBPM Engine Ear File in Weblogic Cluster (Doc ID 1096948.1)

Symptoms

OBPM Engine can't be installed into Weblogic clustered environment because there seems to be a conflict with Apache Tribes listening ports or the usage of the "use_nio" setting.

An error message similar to the following is thrown in Weblogic managed server instance log:
