Symptoms

An ODI Scenario has been scheduled to run four times per hour, for example from 10:00am and repeat every ten minutes. This would mean that the Scenario should be launched at the following times:

However, on observation the launch does not take place every ten minutes as expected.

The first run is starting at 10:00, but the remaining sessions starting with a delay longer than 10 minutes. In the Operator tab, it shows the following start time:
