 Known issues:
In some cases, typically on Mac OS, the Beehive conference web client fails with "Oracle Beehive Conferencing quit unexpectedly while using the libjogl.jnilib plug-in."
How to enable logging for Beehive Conferencing?
Why do we receive the warning "Beehive Secure SSL connections are not supported by Server, do you want to continue?" when a user is trying to connect to conferencing? Is there any way to disable this warning message? Is there a way to disable this setting from being checked automatically when the first time a user downloads and installs the web conference client for environments which do not use SSL?  Why is the Beehive client set with ssl enabled by default?
Why are client meeting loading times inconsistent (mtg owner or participant)? This may give the impression that the client may have crashed or is unresponsive.
When a user is invited to an unscheduled (ad hoc) meeting, should they be sent an email notification?
How can you schedule a meeting?
How can you schedule a recurring meetings?
Why is there a Meeting password generated for meetings created with no password and meetings created with a password do not require its use?
When starting the Beehive client and a refresh occurs (to populate the current/future meetings) the refresh goes on for a long time without the list of meetings updating. The refresh stays grayed out. How can we get the list to refresh faster?
Is it possible to remove a participant from the conference?
After we exit a meeting, we are kicked out of the client. Is this what is expected, rather than returning to a list of meetings to attend?
Is it supported by Oracle to be hosting / attending multiple conferences at one time?
How does the voice conference/recording work? Is there voice server involved? Can we record the voices over the phone lines like OCS RTC recording?
Can you edit the recorded conferences?
Is there a way to display outside the primary display monitor, to accommodate second monitors?
Is is possible to perform/observe a Beehive Web Conference on a Mobile device?
How to Configure Beehive to Send Non-SSL Links to the Invitees of an Online Conference
Oracle has decommissioned Beehive Conferencing and now uses Zoom for Oracle support conferences with customers.
