Symptoms
EM console is in 'failed' status post installation/configuration of Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g and is not accessible
After the completion of the configuration (where configuration of the administrative interface was selected) the administrative interface on port 7001 responds, but when clicking on "Go to Fusion Middleware Control" an "Error 404 - not found" is returned.
