Symptoms


Using Oracle Field Service. Mapviewer is integrated in e-business suite 11.5.10.2.

When Opening a browser and enter the following:

http://<host>:8004/servlet/oms

The message returned : [omslauncher] error during initialization

All the steps required have been followed to configure Mapviewer in Oracle Field Service
