WLS 10.0 - appc fails on EJB3.0 jar file when the size of the EJB class file is more (>40kb) on Windows platform

After migrating from EJB2.1 to EJB3.0 at compilation time the below error appears:

weblogic.ejb.container.compliance.ComplianceException: No EJBs found in the ejb-jar file 'foo-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar'. Please ensure the ejb-jar contains EJB declarations via an ejb-jar.xml deployment descriptor or at least one class annotated with the @Stateless, @Stateful or @MessageDriven EJB annotation.
