Deadlocks On Temp Tables When An ODI Scenario Session Terminates Abruptly
(Doc ID 1107005.1)
Last updated on JUNE 16, 2022
Applies to:Oracle Data Integrator - Version 10.1.3.2.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Affected Database: Generic (All Databases)
If running ODI Scenarios executions are terminated abruptly because of either :
- a Session is killed from the Operator at a DDL statement step,
- an ODI Agent is shutdown (because of, for example, a server reboot...)
it may leave locks on temporary tables (such as the C$_, I$_ tables) which will then require manual unlocking at the Database level.
