Symptoms

If running ODI Scenarios executions are terminated abruptly because of either :

a Session is killed from the Operator at a DDL statement step,
an ODI Agent is shutdown (because of, for example, a server reboot...)

it may leave locks on temporary tables (such as the C$_, I$_ tables) which will then require manual unlocking at the Database level.
