Symptoms


When using ampersands (&) in the Subject of an announcement,
these are not displayed correctly.

Any '&' character will be displayed as follows:

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Add the announcement manager component to a page.

  2. Select the 'Create' link to create a new announcement.

  3. Enter the following information for the announcement:
    Subject: Test for A&B
    Text: This is a test for A&B

  4. This should display this on the page:
    Test for A&B
    This is a test for A&B
