WLS Recovers from DB Outage but JMS Server Remains Inoperable. (Doc ID 1108436.1)

If the database hosting the JDBC-store gets lost for any reason connections from WLI to the DB will be cut. The database connections regain the connectivity as soon as the database comes back to life. All seems well. However, JMS messages that were scheduled to be delivered during the outage do not get delivered. This impacts various WLI components dependent on JMS, like File Event Generator and others, which cannot recover. This is despite having checked the "Test reserved connections" for all connection pools.
