 Step 0. Verify the engine is logging in debug mode.
 Step 1. Identify the instance that has the problem.
 Step 2. Verify that a row was inserted into the PTODOITEMS table.
 Step 3. Verify that the DUETIME is less than the current time.
 Step 4. Look in the log a message generated close to the DUETIME.
 Step 5. Look for the thread that received the JMS
 Step 6. Look for the thread that executes the task
 Step 7. Check the location of the activity
