Symptoms

Issue of "weblogic.jms.common.JMSException: No failover destination" exception thrown in weblogic logs was reported when sending messages to JMS Distribution Queue which has two member destinations hosted on two servers and when one of the servers is down/unavailable. Below is exception trace in weblogic logs at the time of the issue.
