OARM Import Not Working. "Import Utility not found, session is expired" (Doc ID 1112239.1)

On trying to import models, transactions or groups, the error "Import Utility not found, session is expired" occurs randomly. This issue generally appeared after deleting a model and trying to re-import it in the same session. Freshly login a couple of times, then the import seems to work fine.
