How To Clear the Cache of the Embedded Application Server.
There are some occurrences within Webcenter Interaction Portal Components where it may be necessary to clear the embedded application server's (EAS) cache. Causes may range from upgrade issues to undesirable cache or expected documented behaviors. In addition, this may be a general troubleshooting step to address the above items. If you are experiencing an undocumented or an undesired cache behavior with a particular Webcenter Interaction Portal Component, then it is recommended that you report your issue to Support. This could be a symptom of a larger issue.
