Extending WebCenter Spaces to rename the Personal Space Tab shows "#{My Space}" instead of "My Space".

Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Extended WebCenter Spaces using this document to rename the Personal Space Tab:
   
   Extending WebCenter Spaces (11.1.1.2.0)
   
   In this case renamed the Personal Space Tab to "My Space".
   
   
2. When login to WebCenter Spaces the Personal Space Tab shows "#{My Space}" instead of "My Space".
   
   This happens consistently for all users.
   
   
3. Applied the latest WebCenter bundle patch 4 (patch 9701496) that has the fix for bug 9280001 but still the issue is not fixed.
