Esb Resequencer Locks Groups without waiting For Timeout Interval (Doc ID 1116056.1)

ESB resequencer is locking the group when it finds out of sequence of versions and is not waiting for timeout. Due to this many of the groups are getting locked eventhough the next seq. message arrives about few seconds later.   This is causing issues in the downstream subscriber applications as they are not receiving the updates.

TopLink logging fills up the default logs if  ResequencerTimeout is NOT specified as an endpoint property.
