Symptoms

The below warnings/ exceptions are seen in the log when starting OIM on WebLogic Server and OIM does not start:

[WARN ] -XX:PermSize=128m is not a valid VM option. Ignoring
[WARN ] -XX:MaxPermSize=256m is not a valid VM option. Ignoring

Exception in thread "QuartzScheduler_Ausgchrwlprd031274713570017_ClusterManager" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: nativeGetNewTLA
