WCI LDAP Directory (ALUIDirectory" Fails to Start and Reports "Kerberos Authentication Was Requested, But Is Not Supported" (Doc ID 1118960.1)

Symptoms

After installing the ALUI Directory component from the WebCenter Interaction (WCI) installer, the service fails to start and reports the following error in the ldapserver.log file:

Several applications that integrate with WCI, like Analytics Console and Ensemble, depend on the ALUI Directory service. Without it, they cannot authenticate any users so this problem causes them to lose all functionality.

Changes

This problem occurs after installing the WebCenter Interaction Directory Service (ALUI Directory, LDAP).
