Symptoms


Change mail service client from Webcenter Administration/ Services/ Mail to "Local Mail Client" and then create one discussion topic with special charachters such as ş,Ş,ğ,Ğ,ü,Ü,ı,İ,ç,Ç,ö,Ö and try to send email about this topic.
The mail can be see without problem in some mail servers but the content is not displayed correctly on Outlook Mail
