Access Denied Error Message On Password Reset Enrollement Screen For Users Migrated To A New Domain (Doc ID 1119447.1)

Symptoms

-The  Enterprise Single Sing On Password Reset enrollment process fails for some users only.
-The issue happens only with users that were migrated to a new Windows Domain.
-The Password Reset enrollment process is successful for new users that were not migrated.
-The affected users see an "Access Denied" error message on the enrollment screen.
-Examining a network capture the followed entry is seen;
