Clientgen fails to Connect To wsdl url Over https when using JAX-WS WebService (Doc ID 1119478.1)

Symptoms

when trying to generate client stubs using clientgen ant Task as stated below.

It fails with below exception.

[clientgen] parsing WSDL...

[clientgen] [ERROR] sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target


Changes

Changed webservice type from JAX-RPC to JAX-WS
