"MATCHING Node not found. Returning NULL": Error During Psft Workforce Sync (Doc ID 1119509.1)

Symptoms

PSFT Workforce Sync is failing. Messages are not processes correctly. This happens when

<AUDIT_ACTN IsChanged="">C</AUDIT_ACTN>
in <PSCAMA> in xml message and Ignore Root Audit Action = yes


Error seen the log is:
