Symptoms

The COMM_EXPORT_BALANCES_TO_FILE scenario is failing with a runtime error on the execution tab in the ODI Topology Manager. The top section of the error is:

When drilling down into the failed step in the ODI Operator log the 'COMM Export Balances to File - Write Header' task of the 'COMM Export Balances to File' step is failing and on the description tab something similar to the following can be seen:
