Error when Trying to Download the WSDL File from the WSDL Generator when using RedirectUrls (Doc ID 1120614.1)

Symptoms

In a Disassociated UCM environment, using the RedirectUrls.dll plugin, the following error is displayed when trying to access WSDL files produced by WSDL Generator component :

' Unable to retrieve file. The ending web dispersion directory 'd' for starting directory 'wsdl' was not found in the path '/idc/groups/secure/wsdl/custom/DocInfo.wsdl'. '

--- Steps to Reproduce ---
1.- Log as sysadmin on UCM
2.- Move to Administration - Soap Wsdl
3.- Click on any of the WSDLs listed

Changes

The content server's web server is configured to use the RedirectUrls plugin.
The File Store Provider is configured for JDBC Storage.
