WebLogic Server Admin Console Help Does not Load After Changing Admin Server Port

After clicking the Help link from the Home Page of the WLS console, a new window displays with the title Weblogic Server Administration Console Help and a message that states "There was an exception on the server. Please close the browser and try again. If you continue to see the error, please contact your system administrator."
