Folios Pdf Rendition Throws Error (Doc ID 1124434.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to download a PDF Rendition of a folio, content server throws the following error:
"Unable to execute service method 'createRendition'. (System Error: org/bouncycastle/asn1/ASN1OctetString)"

Steps to reproduce
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure CVision to convert image to pdf.
2. Create a folio and assign a content converted by CVision.
3. Select 'Renderers'
4. Select 'Download PDF Rendition'
