Symptoms

When attempting to load data contained in a spreadsheet (such as Microsoft Corporation Excel) into Enterprise Data Quality for Product Data (EDQP)(OPDQ) Knowledge Studio, the operation fails signaling the following message:

'Failed to read Excel File - invalid record format'
