WebCenter Analytics OpenUsage API allows developers to enable their custom applications to send usage event data to the WebCenter Analytics Collector service, which will then store the data in the Analytics database for reporting. The API features the ability to specify the user who generated the usage event with the setUserId(java.lang.Integer userId) method in the IManagedEvent interface. After upgrading to version of the Analytics Collector service, custom (managed) Analytics event records no longer include the user information. Specifically, the custom event records will have a null value the USERID column of the fact table. Custom events sent by the Analytics OpenUsage Tag Libary also demonstrate this behavior.

This problem occurs after upgrading to version of the WebCenter Analytics Collector service.
