Is there a way to use ud32 to send an fml32 field to a service?

For example:

Field table for service foo is:
FLD1 1 string - field 1
FLD2 2 fml32 - fml field contains fld3 and fld4
FLD3 3 string - contained in fld2
FLD4 4 string - contained in fld2

So can ud32 be used to send FLD2 to service foo?
