Large Applications or Modules Can Not be Deployed Using the GlassFish Web Administration Console

Symptoms
When you try to deploy an application or module which has an archive file size of more than 98MB using the GlassFish Web Admin Console, the deployment will fail.
There's normally no indication that a problem has been encountered, either on the Admin Console or in the Domain Application Server's server.log log file. You might encounter a similar looking problem if you were trying to deploy the application over a slow connection, and the connection is reset.
If the problem has been encountered, then the application will not be listed among the other deployed applications and modules in the console.
