Symptoms

Trying to build a WebCenter application in JDev 1.1.2.0 with WebCenter extension installed.
The WebCenter Application has a page named home.jspx with pageCustomizable, layoutCustomizable, panelCustomizable and various other ADF Faces components in it.

During runtime when switching to Edit mode and clicking The "Add Content" button, the exception below is raised:

ADF security is enabled in the system and the in the jazn-data.xml , home.jspx has been granted view and edit access to authenticated-role. The weblogic user is used to log into the application.
Note that this error can be seen even if no security is enabled on the WebCenter Application or if the page accessed is public.
