When attempting to create a new Term Rule in EDQP (OPDQ) Knowledge Studio the Case=insensitive feature does not work with special characters.

More specifically, when creating a Term, the case=insensitive specification works only for regular characters, not for special ones.

For example:

[ep�xi] case=insensitive
