To locate the OFR 10g software on E-delivery:

Starting with 11g, the ECM software is bundled with the 11g Fusion Middleware Media Pack. To download the most current ECM 11g base media from E-Delivery, use the following steps:

1. Access E-Delivery: http://edelivery.oracle.com/
2. On the main page, choose a language and click Continue.
3. On the Export Validation page, fill in your contact information, select the check boxes to accept the license terms and export restrictions, and click Continue.
4. On the Media Pack Search page:
  a. Select ‘Oracle Fusion Middleware’ from the ‘Select a Product Pack’ drop-down menu.
  b. Select "Microsoft Windows (32 bit)" from the supported platform drop-down menu.
  c. Click Go to perform the search.
  d. In the search Results table, select ‘Oracle Enterprise Content Management 10g Release 3 (10.1.3) Media Pack’ and click Continue (or just click on the link for the media pack).
5. From the 'Oracle Enterprise Content Management 10g Release 3 (10.1.3) Media Pack' page, you can download the most current OFR 10g base media. Please note that you can click the Readme button at the top of the download table to view a Readme that should assist with determining ECM 11g license-to-media mapping.
