Symptoms

For BPEL processes or ESB Services (or other web services) deployed in your OC4J Application Server, a "client application" (ie.. SOAP UI or Java client or Enterprise Manager "Test Web Services" page) invokes the ESB Service or BPEL Process and while the process shows as completed in your ESB Control or BPEL Console, no response is received in your "client application" until much later.
