Symptoms
When trying to run a JSP report in IE browser and specify the parameter USERID in the URL but with empty password (like userid=<userid>@<connectstring>), the login screen is shown (which is expected) but after providing the password and submitting, the following error occurs
This issue is not reproduced with FireFox and Google Chrome browsers.
