Upgrade to OWB 11.2.0.1 Hangs at 91% When Importing Control Center Data (Doc ID 1133925.1)

Symptoms

When trying to upgrade to OWB 11.2.0.1 using the OWB 11.2 Repository Assistant, the Import of Entire Repository hangs at 91% in phase "Importing Control Center data".

The import hangs on the following SQL*Loader task:

SQLLoader command="<ORACLE_HOME>\bin\SQLLDR.EXE
control="C:\A\WB_IE_TEMP_SEQUENCES.ctl"
