Symptoms
When a CGI program takes a long time to process data, i.e. performing a database query that returns a large amount of data, the web page times out with the following error in the Sun Java System Web Server 7.0 errors log:
send-cgi reports: HTTP4062: error sending script output (IO timeout error)
