Goal

We have integrated (successfully) our Oracle SSO environment with Application Expresss (APEX), and created a PUBLIC logout page for the application. When we log out of the APEX application, APEX does not fully log out. The user can hit the back button and still access the application. What is causing this, and how do we prevent it?
