Symptoms

Invoking the  'opatch' utility in a Fusion Middleware (FMW) environment fails with the following error:

$ ./opatch lsinventory

Changes

The default Opatch Utility installed with FMW 11g (11.1.0.6)  was upgraded to the latest version (11.1.0.8.0 or higher) .
