"Page Numbering" issues in Reports 11g (Doc ID 1140503.1)

Last updated on MAY 27, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Reports Developer - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

1)When running a report that is migrated from Reports 9.0.4 to 11.1.1.x , on some 64-bit platforms, the Page Numbering and Total Pages in the report is incremented by 65535 or 65536 instead of 1.

2) Executing a report which has page numbering as "Current page/ totalPage" does not page break (reset) as per repeating Group. For example report having 3 pages for dept 10 and 2 pages for dept 11 should show page number for report as:
Page 1/3 Page 2/3 page 3/3 For Dept 10
Page 1/1 Page 2/2 for Dept 20.
Instead it shows
Page 1/5 page 2/5 page 3/5 page 4/5 page 5/5
Report does not shows total page per group, but shows total page for complete report.

Upgraded to Reports 11.1.1.X
