OBPM BAM Update Service Fails With Hybrid (DB & LDAP) Directory (Doc ID 1142923.1)

The BAM Process Monitoring service ( fails to connect to the Directory when using hybrid authentication with Oracle database and Active Directory LDAP server. The process successfully connects to Directory when using a db-only Directory.


A change in the password of the admin user in LDAP can trigger the problem.
This could happen when switching between DB only and hybrid implementation, for example.
