In a Weblogic and OIM setup, the Xellerate application may fail to Initialize with similar message
Followed by message like:
The above errors can occur is the required user and group is not created or deleted for some reason. For instance if the user is not able to startup weblogic admin server due to authentication or some other errors and deletes the internal LDAP directory, can lead to the above message and hence Xellerate Application may not startup normally
