NSAPI Error with WebLogic Server Plug-In (Doc ID 1148640.1)

Seeing NSAPI error every day for 10-20 minutes. Error goes away after a restart (even though the restart shouldn't be necessary as the managed servers are running well).

Error message says:

Message from the NSAPI plugin:

No backend server available for the connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF
